TAEF

Yi-wen Chang joined TAEF in 2023 as an assistant research fellow, working on think tank collaborations. She received her Master's Degree in international relations from the School of Advanced International Studies, Johns Hopkins University, Washington DC. Prior to that, she worked as a research assistant at National Taiwan University.
