About the SEASAT Youth Camp
The Southeast Asia-South Asia-Taiwan (SEASAT) Youth Camp is an annual flagship event organized by the Taiwan-Asia Exchange Foundation (TAEF) since its establishment. The Camp’s primary mission is to offer a platform for young people in Asia to exchange perspectives and engage with government and civil society leaders, hoping to inspire their impactful initiatives towards regional building efforts. More importantly, by providing emerging young Asian leaders with an in-person Taiwan experience of seeing and living in the country, the Camp, which will be hosted in Taiwan, could serve as a strong diplomatic vehicle by cultivating the affective commitment of young Asians to Taiwan, establishing a sense of “Taiwan in Asia, Asia in Taiwan.”
