1.    Our applicants will be reviewed by documents and by interview.  Qualified candidates will be invited to a 60-min online/in-person interview& writing test. Interview questions will be including education and work experience, professional skills, language ability, international and extracurricular experience, and relevant activities. If necessary, the applicants will be asked to provide corroborating documents.

2. The internship program is expected to start in early May 2025 （preferred minimum duration of six months to one year) .Those who perform well will have the opportunity to extend internships and participate in further projects. The required internship hours are expected below:
* The working hours required: 20~30 hours per week
* Compensation: NTD 190/hour  

3.  Please plan ahead of your possible duration for internship, and inform us in the interview for further arrangements.

4.  The major responsibilities of intern positions will include (but are not limited to) as follows. Necessary adjustments will be conducted according to work efficiency and language abilities of individual interns.

(1)Editing and translating English and Chinese publications

(2)Managing and creating content for social media platforms;

(3)Collecting and analyzing research materials; 
(4)Video editing and subtitle translation;
(5)Organizing international conferences and hosting delegations visit;
(6)Other assignments from the Executive Director or research fellows.

- This selection will be implemented on a rolling basis, and will stop when the 2 vacancies are taken.
