執行長

楊昊 博士

現為國立政治大學東亞所特聘教授，同時也擔任國立政治大學華語文中心主任暨東南亞研究中心執行長、目前亦擔任財團法人台灣亞洲交流基金會執行長，積極協助政府推動新南向政策。楊昊的研究興趣包含東南亞與亞太區域研究，著重於國際關係理論的區域應用、東南亞邊境政治、抵抗政治、環境政治與比較區域主義、智庫與外交政策研究。自2009年起，楊昊開始長期投入柔性權力(Soft Power)與外交政策分析的研究，探討中國孔子學院的區域擴散與全球布局，同時也積極關注東南亞國家與在地社會如何回應主要強權的區域布局，並進行長期田野調查與移地研究工作。楊昊也長期投入臺灣在亞太區域的第二軌外交參與及推動工作，包含亞太安全合作理事會（CSCAP）的各種活動與研究小組，以及臺灣與東協之間的二軌外交論壇與智庫合作。

曾在2007年於新加坡東南亞研究院(ISEAS)擔任訪問學人；隨後曾在2011年獲得美國國務院外交政策研究獎助，前往美國佛羅里達大學政治學系進行訪問研究並擔任訪問教授。他亦於2015年獲日本交流協會獎助前往京都大學東南亞研究所進行訪問研究並擔任訪問學者。2018年，楊昊獲得美國國務院學友創新獎(AEIF 2018)，致力於推動台灣與印尼以及東南亞國家的防災自主社區之間的創新鏈結。楊昊目前也同時擔任美國布希總統美中關係基金會(George HW Bush Foundation for US-China Relations)資深研究員、以及科威特偵查研究中心(the Reconnaissance Research in Kuwait)非駐地研究員暨中國專家。他的研究成果包含超過一百篇中、英、日、義文期刊論文與多本專書，收錄在Pacific Affairs, Pacific Review, Politics and Governance, Issues & Studies, Journal of Asian Public Policy, Journal of Human Values, China Brief. Issues and Studies, East Asia Policy, AEI Insights等國際期刊與國內重要學術刊物如《問題與研究》、《中國大陸研究》、《台灣政治學刊》、《政治學報》、《戰略安全研析》、《遠景基金會季刊》等。楊昊也有多篇國際評論，分享台灣的聲音與觀點，分別刊登在The National Interest, The Diplomat, East Asian Forum, The Interpreter, Global Taiwan Brief等。

近年來編輯出版數本國際學術專書，分別是The Volatility and Future of Democracies in Asia (2021, co-edited with Prof. Hsin-Huang Michael Hsiao)、When East Asia Meets Southeast Asia: Presence and Connectedness in Transformation Revisited (2022, co-edited with Prof. Yumi Kitamura and Dr. Julan Thung)以及Navigating Political Economy of Southeast Asia: Perspectives from Japan, Taiwan and the region (2023, co-edited with Prof. Masahiro Matsumura)，他的聯絡方式為: [email protected]。
